Your safety and the safety of our team remains a priority for us. At this time, we are still offering curbside services for drop-offs, pick-ups and prescription and diet refills. We are continuing to follow the below measures to keep our clients and staff safe.
Upon your arrival for your pet's appointment or prescription refill pick-up, please send a text message to (812) 382-4263 to let us know the following:
- Reason for visit: Appointment, Pharmacy, Grooming, or Lodging
- Your name and your pet's name
- Parking space that you are parked in
A staff member will then get back to you as quickly as possible on next steps. If you do not have texting capabilities, please give us a call at (812) 282-3855.
If you have traveled within the last 2 weeks, are coughing or have a fever, we request that you take advantage of our car-side services to prevent any potential spread of illness.
